As Chief Technology Officer, Ben is responsible for establishing software development standards, creating product frameworks, overseeing the software development life cycle, and the research and development of emerging technologies. With a reputation for relentless innovation and experience in delivering successful software solutions across broad industries for more than eleven years, Ben brings a diverse perspective to any industry.
Prior to joining Motivity, Ben served as a senior software architect consultant for McKesson, one of the largest medical software companies in the world, where he led an offshore team in the strategic development of new products while assisting the onshore team in achieving a software process Capability Maturity Model® Integration (CMMi) level 2 certification. Before McKesson, Ben served as Chief Software Architect for xBML Innovations, where he was principally responsible for the complete product life cycle of an advanced business modeling platform designed to increase organizational efficiencies, ranging from the process of brewing beer to the powering of a nuclear reactor.
Ben brings to Motivity a firm belief in creating adaptable solutions capable of conforming to the needs of any organization, rather than an organization conforming to the needs of its software. Ben holds a B.S. in Information Systems from Colorado State University.

Lisa Springer has over 20 years of experience in the professional services and technology sales arena. As Executive Vice President of Sales at Motivity Solutions, Lisa’s responsibilities include development and execution of “go to market” sales strategies across multiple verticals for Motivity Solutions’ various product lines.
Prior to joining Motivity Solutions, Lisa was EVP of Sales for an industry leading financial and technology firm. Lisa’s primary responsibility with this firm was to drive sales strategy as well as manage and direct the resources of several teams to effectively consummate enterprise transactions. Lisa is proficient in working with small and large organizations alike, having been the driver of successful sales initiatives to a variety of national organizations and prominent Wall Street institutions.
Lisa has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Regis University where she graduated magna cum laude, earning the prestigious John S. Brennon award. Lisa is a licensed Colorado real estate broker as well as a certified college instructor with an emphasis on marketing, management, strategic planning and direct selling courses. Lisa is also certified to facilitate Miller Heiman Strategic / Conceptual Selling courses.

As the Executive Vice President of Professional Services, Brad Witzig is responsible for all aspects of professional services, support, and the implementation and deployment teams of Motivity Solutions including the strategic processes used to reduce cost and improve customer satisfaction while our partners are engaged with Motivity.
In his 10 years with a large LOS and document provider software company, Brad was instrumental in bringing creative solutions to the mortgage products and services offered. He had overseen the growth of the company from a small startup to a leader in mortgage enterprise lending solutions. His innovations span across both the product and implementation side. During his tenure, as Director of Product Implementation, Brad's innovative processes and streamlined visual approach led to rapid deployment to numerous enterprise customers.
Prior, Brad quickly moved up the development and architecture ranks of Norwest/Wells Fargo Technical Services. Brad led teams of developers across multiple financial services including change management, banking imaging and retrieval, and home equity automated underwriting and borrower scoring systems.
Brad has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Northern Colorado.

Will Atencio, as Executive Vice President of Client Services and Marketing, is responsible for developing and managing the client relationships, brand presence, and product strategies that represent the future of the Motivity Solutions. Will has nearly 20 years of professional experience within these responsibilities with 12 years of that experience at the executive level. Will has a proven track record of growing organizations that are profitable and that have sustained long-term success.
With an executive background in client services, account strategy, marketing, sales, and application development across the technology and services industries, Will brings a deep understanding of best practice methodologies and an intense focus on accomplishing our client's corporate objectives. His experience and success within these responsibilities continues to benefit Motivity Solutions and our clientele.
